This site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics scripts. The information we receive is what you choose to send through the dossier-request form (F-01): your name, your company, your work email, your phone or WhatsApp number, where most of your customers reach you, your rough conversation volume, and any note you add.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP addresses and request times), as virtually every website's infrastructure does, for security and reliability.

So a person can read your request, send you the framework dossier, and prepare a reply that fits your operation. If we work together, the same details help scope your launch. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

When you submit the form, it is relayed by Resend (resend.com), an email-delivery service, to our company inbox. The website itself is served by Vercel. Each processes your data only to deliver its service, under its own privacy policy.

Requests are kept in our inbox while they are relevant to an enquiry or an engagement, and deleted on request. Engagement records are kept as long as professional and legal obligations require.

Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and it is done within two business days. Wherever you write from, your local law is respected: the GDPR and UK GDPR in Europe and the UK, the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) in Ghana, and applicable state privacy laws in the United States. In practice we do not wait for the citation: access, correction, and deletion on request are extended to everyone, everywhere.

If this policy changes, this sheet and its effective date change with it, stated plainly, never buried in small print.
